- Peanut Butter
- Rice Noodles
- Soy Sauce
- Sriracha (Optional)
- Egg Yolk
- Chives (Optional)
- Sesame Seeds (Optional)
Prepare noodles according packaging instructions.
Mix peanut butter with some water to liquefy. Add soy sauce and sriracha and mix.
Add the noodles and mix with the sauce. Top with chives, sesame seeds and an egg yolk.
